It appears that the median price of condos for sale in J’Town is headed down, after weeks and weeks of heading down.  So that means that the prices are headed even further down.  Check out the graph below and you can see how continuously the prices have fallen over the past six months.

As an interesting side note, I have a friend who has developed and built a condo project in J’Town, and has reported some pretty decent sales lately, which seems to be in contrast with a lot of other condo projects in Louisville.  I am not the listing agent for these properties, but am more than happy to pass along the info, just in case anyone out there is interested.  For pictures of these J’Town condos, visit www.Magnolia-Place-Condos.com.
